Overview of groups

There is no formal group membership and all Ambleside and District u3a members are welcome to attend meetings of any group. However you are advised to contact the organiser before going to a meeting in case of last minute changes. Many Coordinators use Beacon to contact "group members" (regular attenders) and you can become a "group member" using the Beacon portal. Click on the Beacon tab above for details.

Italian for beginners

Coordinators welcome additions and comments about their web pages, including reports and photographs of group activities.

Natural History group outing

We always welcome suggestions for new groups, either from existing members or those thinking of joining who would like to see other activities. We are always interested to hear from anyone prepared to lead a subject. We have a few groups that are not meeting at present for lack of a Coordinator; please think of offering to take on or share this straightforward role.
